The Eyre is our most compact design — a 14.4m² insulated room that drops into almost any backyard. With a footprint under 20m², it's the perfect studio, home office, teenage retreat or pool cabana, and often needs no council approval.
Like every Quick Built design, the Eyre arrives as a pre-cut, pre-finished flat-pack kit. The Panelspan® walls and Insulspan® roof lock together fast, so a competent handyman can reach lock-up in a matter of days.
